Palla aims to make every transaction seamless. We adhere to the highest quality standards and offer exchanges for products if you're not satisfied.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges only, no refunds or returns.
• Notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
• Customer bears the shipping cost for size exchanges.
• We do not offer return pickups; you must self-ship.
• Exchange items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
• We only accept exchanges for regular sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Custom sizes are non-exchangeable but can be altered.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund if the product is unavailable.

Return Policy:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• No returns or refunds for discounted items.
• We are not responsible for return shipping losses.
