At Palla, we strive to provide the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns & No Refunds

We strictly do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer size/product exchanges subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Exchanges are available only for standard sizes:
S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, & 4XL

Important Exchange Conditions

We do not provide return pickup service for exchanges.
Customers must self-ship the product to our address mentioned below.
Shipping charges for sending the product back and reshipping the exchanged product must be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement subject to availability.
